Webcomics I Have Known and Loved

I have been reading webcomics for much of my adult life. More than TV or movies, even more than literary fiction, webcomics have been my mainstay of entertainment. The following is a short list of webcomics that have meant a lot to me over the years. They far from all of the webcomics I've read, but they're just the ones that are currently on the web that still feel an emotional connection to. Webcomics do have a tendency to link to the latest page first, so I have taken care to link to only the first page of each comic so as not to give anything away.

I wrote to Evan Dahm in March of 2024 about my history with webcomics and how his work fits in to that. You can find it on the letter column page of 3rd Voice. It's a pretty long page, so I'd recommend doing a text search for the string of text "I wrote back in the fall and mentioned". The webcomics landscape is very different now than it was in 2007 when I started getting in to this stuff. Having this list of links harkens back to that older way.
